A Blushing Bride? Not Quite Yet...

My daughter recently took a trip to see her Gramma for the weekend.  While she was there, she pulled out my wedding dress and tried it on...and it fit!  Wow!  I don't remember being that small!

I have always thought that it would be so cool to have one of my daughters wear my wedding dress on their special day!  My oldest is a little more modern than the style of my dress, so I don't think she'd be interested.  But it could definitely work for my youngest!  Now, she is not dating anyone at the moment, so I've got awhile to wait yet.  But that's ok! Can't rush these things, you know!  After all, she did JUST graduate from high school...

So for this White Wednesday post over at Faded Charm, I would like to show off my beautiful daughter!

If I had a dime for every time I saw this look,
I could retire!
{smile!} {wink!}

The train...all wrapped up!

That's better!

Gorgeous!

Where did the time go?
This mama is so proud of her little girl!
Her inner beauty just radiates from her!
I love you, my little Bug!

The neckline on the front of my wedding gown is almost identical to yours. I love your dress...and your daughter wearing it would be my dream come true. Such a beautiful girl! Thanks for sharing.

having just got married myself I can empathise with your post what a stunner your daughter looks. I know I would love a dress like that. we had a 1920's wedding.

Wow, your dress is very similar in style to my wedding dress, almost 28 years ago. Your daughter is lovely, and I know what you mean about "the look". Too funny. I hope someday she will wear your dress. My daughter has been watching too much TV, it's the Cake Boss and Klinefields for her, ya right, in her dreams!
