October Silver Sunday

Last week my parents were visiting from Colorado,
on their way to warmer climates in Savannah, GA
then to Sarasota, FL.

And of course we did some shopping!
Went to our favorite antiques shops
and I found a couple of silver treasures
to share with you today!

I love these little candelabras!

They aren't that big

But they're HUGE on style!

Now to find a good place for them!

Also found a box of candy molds!

See the nickel in there?  Wanted to add something
to give you an idea of the size of the molds.
Not sure yet what I'll do with them...
Maybe ornaments.
Do you have any ideas???
I'd love to hear them!

Linking up today with

Have a beautiful fall Sunday,
My favorite time of the year!

Hugs!
Lori

Love your Silver Sunday goodies, Lori! Your parents will only be about 1/2 hour north of me when they're in Sarasota. If you get down to visit, please let me know. I'd love to get together!!
Happy Silver Sunday!

Hi Lori,
this are fabulous finds. The silver candelabras look great and you will use them for many opportunities. And the little molds are so cute. I bake in such ones little cakes (Petit feur) and decorate them different. So they look very nice.
Greetings, Johanna

Lovely Finds! I love the Candelabras! The Candy Molds are adorable, I'd put sets of buttons in different colors in each one and just leave them on a high up Window Sill so the colors could catch my eye every day.

Just found you via Silver Sunday, great blog.

Love those molds Lori. I´m always for a lookout for some. I would definately make them into ornaments. Had some made from molds in my shop last christmas. Unfortenately I haven´t found any this year.

Oh those canelabras are so sweet. Never saw tiny ones like that!

I collect candy molds too. I paint them white, paint roses on them and glitter, add ribbons and paper roses and voila ornaments.

You can also leave them silver and display them in an apothocary jar with some tiny shells or other cottage chic goodie. Maybe buttons?

Sweet finds!

Those little candy molds are precious! I think they would look cute mounted inside of a shadow box. Thank you for stopping by today.

Those little candy molds are so cute. I've made some ornaments from the larger tart molds and I've seen them used as the base for pin cushions. Do you make jewelry? That might be fun.

Your site is truly delightful - I can't think of a better word. Your taste is oddly "familiar" :) I'm very proud of my daughter-in-law. Love you!
